About the role: In TDSYNNEX Italy we are looking for three Sales Specialists in different Business Units:
Sales Specialist - Cyber security Sales Specialist - Hybrid Cloud/VMware Sales Specialist - HR Cloud Solutions/Factorial (Temporary Contract) Sales Specialist - Lenovo PC (Temporary Contract)



The Sales Specialist in TDSYNNEX is someone experienced in generating new business opportunities by planning outbound calls to customers and in having a general conversation around a solution/product area; always in the direction of achieving monthly/quarterly Revenue and Margin targets.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Proactively develop relationships with key internal and external contactsEngages in active inside selling by using a number of different sources to gain information on customers and utilises this to maximise call potential and outcomesManages customer backorder along specialist knowledge and engages in "intelligent project fishing"Manages project end-to-end or hands over to pre sales for technical requirementsProvide, sell and negotiate product information, pricing, special offers and promotionsEnsure TD SYNNEX maintains service levels agreements with customersAttainment of Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) such as customer engagementDevelops partner relationship (incl.
account planning, cross-selling etc.
)Identifies project opportunities and engages with BDMs if specific product/vendor knowledge is requiredDrives sales of specific products/vendors if specific knowledge is requiredProvides accurate and timely quotations (SMB Managed (AS), SP/E-Var/SI segment, Specialists (IBM),
