Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer support to Italian-speaking users via phone, email, and chat regarding fitness technology products.Effectively address customer queries, troubleshoot technical problems, and support optimal usage of fitness applications and devices.Document customer interactions and feedback accurately to enhance service quality and customer satisfaction.Collaborate with team members to identify trends and propose improvements in customer service.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product offerings, industry developments, and best practices in fitness technology.Conduct training and support sessions for customers to help them fully utilize fitness technology tools. Requirements Fluency in Italian and proficient in English.Prior experience in customer support or a related domain, ideally in the technology or fitness sectors.A strong interest in fitness and familiarity with fitness technologies, devices, and applications.Exceptional communication skills with strong problem-solving capabilities.Customer-focused mindset dedicated to enhancing user experience.Ability to work independently in a remote setup while effectively collaborating within a team.Willingness to work flexible hours,
