Automotive Enterprise Account Manager (Italian Market)I help people make the next step in their careerI am looking for experienced B2B SaaS sales professionals with experience in the Italian automotive domain to join a German start-up that works on modernizing and digitalizing automotive manufacturing as an Enterprise Account Manager.
The company creates an engineering intelligence platform that helps develop, produce and maintain highly complex mechatronic products, such as passenger cars or aircraft, more efficiently and sustainably.This position requires relocation to Germany.
Ideally, to Berlin but not necessarily.You will:Be responsible for pipeline generation,



opportunity management and closing of high-value deals for the company's SaaS solution.Actively identify new, suitable prospects via cold messaging or cold calling, such as CTOs, IT managers or technical end users.Develop suitable measures and initiatives to achieve your monthly, quarterly and annual targets.Ensure a consistent and accurate sales forecast through conscientious and complete documentation in Salesforce.Work closely with the solution engineers and the value team to ensure high customer satisfaction.You have:fluency in both spoken and written English and Italian.4+ years of experience in SaaS sales in an industry relevant to the automotive domain.Experience working in the Italian automotive domain.Experience in strategic account planning and identifying new business cases as well as up- and cross-selling opportunities.Understanding of complex sales cycles.Experience using suitable sales frameworks such as SPIN or MEDDIC.Experience defining specific solutions with added value together with the customer.Experience in communicating to C-level confidently and in a target group-oriented manner.Experience in leading complex negotiations with the aim of a successful sale in the enterprise segment.Experience with current CRM solutions such as Salesforce and methodological frameworks.Experience processing a wide range of sales opportunities in parallel and prioritize them appropriately.What you can expect:Amazing team of 100+ people from over 25 nationalitiesHigh growth company recently closed Series ARevolutionary product loved by customersHigh learning curve and yearly learning budgetCompetitive salary and flexible work setup30 days paid leave and many other perks #J-18808-Ljbffr
