MISSION

The position is within the framework of the Business Partner Community of the LVMH Beauty Italy, a structure composed of teams involved in management control, administration and finance, Information Technology, logistics, general services and customer service for all the Brands of the Division (Parfums Christian Dior, Guerlain, Parfums Givenchy, Kenzo Parfums, Benefit Cosmetics and Make Up For ever).

The Talent Acquisition Assistant will support all the Talent Acquisition processes for all the Maisons of the Beauty Division in Italy, both HQ and Local Subsidiaries.

The focus will be on attracting, managing, developing and retaining employees, being a real Business Partner.

RESPONSIBILITIES





- Support in the Talent Acquisition process (job posting, scouting, CV screening, phone interviews, interviews scheduling, interviews, candidate database updating)
- Management of Head-hunters and Recruiting Agencies for the open positions
- Support in mobility and exposure processes
- Manage the onboarding process and the internal communication
- Promote HR projects both at Maison and Division level
- Support and participate in Employer Branding activities with major universities
- HR reporting and administration

REQUIREMENTS

- Degree in Economics, Humanities or a Master in Human Resources
- Previous experience in Talent Acquisition (Luxury/Retail industries or headhunting) is a plus
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Entrepreneurial spirit, curiosity, digital mindset, attention to detail
- Ability to deal with multiple requests from managers and employees, organising them by priority
- Fluent English, knowledge of French is considered preferential
