Il Night Auditor assicurerà il buon funzionamento del reparto durante le ore notturne, curando e garantendo la completa soddisfazione e sicurezza e degli Ospiti.
Doveri e responsabilità:
- Conoscere e gestire tutte le operazioni del Front Office (check-in, check-out, operazioni di cassa, ecc..), in piena autonomia operativa.
- Svolgere delle attività di chiusura amministrativa, secondo le politiche e le procedure aziendali.
- Identificare e gestire in modo proattivo i problemi per prevenire reclami da parte degli Ospiti
- Garantire la salute e la sicurezza dell'hotel durante le ore notturne
- Stampa degli arrivi e delle partenze previste per il giorno seguente
- Compilazione dei report di compagnia e passaggio di consegne per il turno del mattino seguente
Requisiti richiesti:
- Conoscenza professionale della lingua inglese, conoscenza di altre lingue straniere verrà considerato un plus




- Buona conoscenza del PMS Opera
- Esperienza pregressa nella stessa posizione in alberghi della stessa categoria
- Affidabilità, capacità di problem solving.
