Within this exciting and growing context, the **Sales Force Effectiveness and Operations Associate Director **will serve as a leader in the business operations domains, across functions and units, and act as the single point of accountability to ensure digitalization, strategic view, efficiency, and compliance with the SFE and CRM area.
We are looking for a Founder with an entrepreneurial mindset and with a healthy mix of leadership and collaborative attitude, people management experience, ability to define and drive digital evolution, excellent analytics skills, innovative and agile mindset.
The incumbent of the role - which will report directly to the Director of Digital Strategy, Business Operations and Business Development - will be supporting all the Business Units of Organon Italy within the following domains: Sales Force Effectiveness, Sales Incentive Plan, CRM,
Sampling activities and will also take responsibility over the implementation of Local and Global Digital projects delivering new capabilities to the Local Organization.
**Primary Activities/responsibilities**
**Transform - build the future**:
- Proactively identify business needs and identify internal/external capabilities in collaboration with Global, Business Technology Director, and External Partners, where required;
- Drive innovative projects, ensure focused change management for the new capabilities within the Organization, and be accountable for value realization;
- Be a change agent in the journey of Organon Italy, in adherence with the core Organon values..
**Grow - evolve current ecosystem**:
- Support the evolution and adoption of current SFE and CRM platforms at all levels;
- Drive the digitalization of local reports to establish a culture of data story telling (Visualization + Context + Insights) versus traditional static reporting;
- Support the adoption and deployment of industry best practices and global guidelines in relation to SFE and CRM processes;
- Listen to field colleagues and office functions to ensure the evolution of the current ecosystem in the direction of our customer’s needs.
**Run - care about your colleagues and ensure flawless business operations**:
- Lead and Develop a strong team of talents (SFE and CRM Specialists) in the SFE and CRM area;
- End to End responsibility for SFE (reports generation, Sales Incentive Plans process, target setting and realization, business analysis, ), CRM (Sample Processes, profiling-segmentation-targeting of customers, sales force sizing analysis, deployment with structure, territory alignment);
- Recurring and ad hoc Data analysis, insights generation, scenarios evaluation, competitive landscape analysis.
- Strong collaboration with Business Units Directors and Managing Director to design and deploy Sales Incentive Plans, discuss actionable insights beyond data to increase Organon's competitive positioning, recommend optimal resource allocation,
identify new areas of Business Development;
- Work with partners and data providers to maximize the value of external collaborations and assets.
**Qualifications & Experience**
- University Degree (Management and/or economics preferred)
- At least 5 years of experience in pharma or other regulated industries.
- At least 5 years of experience in People Management
- Experience within the described functional domains from industry or from business consulting
- SAFE Agile mindset and Business Partnerships (with related certifications) will be a plus
