You can join the Sales Team as Area **Sales Manager - Centre Italy** with the task of managing the region to proactively grow the business through the achievement of all sales targets and core metrics.
The main responsibility of an Account Manager is to lead, coach, develop & motivate all ACUVUE Account Managers within the region & develop future leaders. In addiction, the Area Sales Manager will lead the group of the biggest customers in independent channel (Regional Chains) trough the management of a group of Account Manager & Key Accounts.
**Main Task**:
Ensures full understanding of company OGSM




Annual & Quarterly plans developed by channel & product consistent with overall company OGSM.
Key Region & by territory plan to maximise individual potential
Conduct data analysis on the region to review demographics, potential to identify business opportunities with a special focus on regional chains.
Segmentation analysis of customers and ensure deployment is consistent with this strategy
To ensure productive region activity, input & involvement into Plan of Action (POA)
Understand competitor position & use to make strategy recommendations for business
**Qualifications**
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience in a same or similar role.
- Proved experience in people management is required
- Experience in OTC or FMCG companies is considerend a plus
- Excellent skills using a variety of computer software packages: including, Microsoft Word, Outlook, Internet Explorer, Powerpoint and Excel and CRM
- Fluent in English and Italian
- Drive Licence




- Availability to travel all over italian regions (in particular Lazio, Umbria, Abbruzzo and other southern regions)
