As HR Business Partner for our operations in Italy, you act as strategic support to the business applying your skills & knowledge of labor relations, labor law, performance management, and talent management to successfully partner with our leaders and ensure the optimal functioning of our operations teams to meet business objectives. We are looking for an experienced, energetic, and results-driven Human Resources professional who can partner with the business to deliver outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities:
- You support, implement, and deliver global HR priorities within the business and local environment.
- Customize global programs to meet unique business/functional needs as appropriate.
- Contribute to or lead country priorities.
- Represent the company to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Communicate and advise on HR policies to business leaders; work with business leaders to resolve employee issues, manage change, and drive programs.
- Develop strategies and coach managers in resolving complex performance and misconduct issues.
- Direct and drive HR decisions on complex cases with significant financial and/or legal risk for the organizations supported.
- Actively participate in labor relations at local level while respecting the country labor relations strategy and plans.
Minimum Requirements:
- Fluency in English & Italian are required.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, law, or related field required.
- 5+ years’ experience working as HR Business Partner in an international organization.
- Proven experience in labor relations and negotiations with work councils and labor unions required.
- Experience working with an HR shared service center.
- Energetic, can-do attitude, open mindset & cultural sensitivity.
- Ability to drive results, liaise with senior stakeholders, and implement HR strategies on a national & functional level.
- Ability to operate with a high degree of autonomy & efficiency.
- Experience of working within large, multinational companies.
