**Introduction**
The Turbonomic Brand Sales Specialist will be directly responsible for driving client-facing sales and client engagement activities to accelerate the adoption and deployment of Turbonomic Network Performance Management (NPM) offerings for their assigned territory/accounts, representing a critical part in the area of the AIOps solutions.
**Your Role and Responsibilities**
Specific responsibilities include:
- Generate demand, qualify and progress client opportunities, and negotiate pricing and contracts.
- Serve as the Turbonomic sales expert to drive the strategy, sale, and closure of Turbonomic offerings.
- Develop and maintain relationships with the highest levels of customer management across executive,



line of business and IT.
- Maintain and orchestrate account specific plans and strategies.
- Work with prospects and customers to prove the value of the Turbonomic solutions and its relation to the AIOps set of technologies.
- Achieve assigned revenue and signings goals for Turbonomic products for assigned territory/accounts.
- Provide timely and accurate pipeline and forecast updates.
- Work collaboratively in a highly matrixed environment across IBM.
**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**
- Wide knowledge of network performance management (NPM) and Application Resource Management (ARM) businesses.
- 7+ years selling enterprise software solutions.
- Proven track record of consistently achieving quota as a seller.
- Exceptional communication, presentation and consultative skills.
- Ability to map an organization from C-level to data center.
**Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise**
- Knowledge of adjacent IBM technologies including IBM CloudPak for Watson AIOps.
- Knowledge of cloud-native technologies and hybrid cloud architectures.
