Within the area Risk Operating Framework we are looking for a Risk Professional for ORSA, Policy and Governance. The Policy, ORSA and Governance Team within Group Risk Management is responsible for:
- Coordinating ORSA process at Group level
- Coordinating Risk Management Policy at Group level
- Identifying and assessing Emerging and Sustainability/ ESG risk
- Coordinating Climate Change Risk Group Framework
- Managing ESG and Climate related risk evaluations
- Supporting in the implementation of the Group Climate Change Risk Project,



with the definition of Risk model framework and cascading to BUs
**Must have**
- Knowledge of Financial industry, industry best practices and regulatory requirements for risk management, with focus on Solvency II and ESG related topics
- Bachelor and Master Degree in Finance, Economics or equivalent
- Fluent in English and Italian
- Solid and proficient use of Microsoft Office suite
- 2+ years of work experience in the financial /insurance industry
**Nice to have**
- Effectiveness in executive reporting to senior management
- Planning and organization skills
- Knowledge on sustainability or ESG related topics
- Knowledge of programming languages
- Second European foreign language such as French, German, Spanish
