Job Details We are seeking experienced and motivated individuals for a 1-year contract position for the Project Management Office. Position is remote.
The Project Coordinator will be primarily responsible for collaborating with Project Managers, Product Owners, and Technical Project Managers to achieve on-time project deliverables across an enterprise-level program. The Project Coordinator will ensure the aspects of project planning and execution are well-organized including but not limited to meeting agendas, meeting appointments, change documentation, timeline documentation, and project updates.
Primary responsibilities (not limited to):
Maintain documentation within Confluence




Create and follow through with stakeholders on JIRA tickets
Assign deliverables as directed by Project Managers and Product Owners
Prepare documentation including but not limited to risk register, timelines, and change requests
Perform other activities related to project time tracking, updates, status reporting, metric reporting, and related administrative tasks
Attend meetings, preparing meeting minutes in a timely manner
Build partnerships across internal departments and project stakeholders
Serve in junior project manager capacity when cross-coverage is required; and
Assist the project managers on various ad hoc tasks as requested by direct manager
**Requirements**:
Fluency in English with strong written and verbal communication skills
3+ years’ experience in a Project Coordinator or PMO Business Analyst role
Highly professional and adaptable
Experience presenting to mid-size groups (10-20 people)
Ethical treatment of colleagues and clients
Nice to Have:
Experience with Agile methodology preferred
Formal Project Coordinator qualification, certification or courses preferred
Experience with risk and issue escalation preferred
Hours:
Full time; 40 hours per week; Monday - Friday; EU, US, or EU/US Shift
