To achieve our ambition to be the favourite entertainment destination in Italy and to drive profitable growth for our business, we are looking for a Country Manager for Italy, who will help shape our next stage of growth as well implement our content & programming strategy.



You will be a part of a senior team of leaders (alongside UK, France, Spain, and Germany Country Managers), reporting to one of our two Regional Directors. Key job responsibilities Key job responsibilities - Tasked with defining the long-term vision and strategy for overall Prime Video business in Italy Responsible for overall Prime Video customer and revenue growth - Responsible for overall profitability and financial-markers for the business - Directly responsible for Subscription Video On Demand (SVOD) business (including any offerings with Ads), and co-responsible for Video Marketplace business (3P Channel subscriptions & Transactional Video On Demand (TVOD) purchases/rentals) and live Sports alongside central teams. - Own all key customer metrics and outcomes for our video streaming business in Italy. - Support and implement overall content and programming strategy. - Partnering with the local Amazon MGM Studios team for creating disruptive and impactful Local Originals for Prime Video Italy.



- Working closely with key partner teams across Marketing, Marketplace, Live Sports, Product & Technology, Telco & Device distribution, Ads and live Sports teams to drive key business outcomes for Prime Video Italy. - Partner with UK and Stores (Retail) teams to grow the overall Prime program - Represent the business across Public Policy, Regulators, Industry associations, PR and other public initiatives facing. - Lead by influence across all teams that partner with Prime Video in the country.
- Master's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
- Streaming & Entertainment experience
