The Senior Analyst will support establishing efficient data collection and reporting processes and drive continuous improvements initiatives.How you'll make an impact:Supporting the establishment of new or improvement of existing processes for ESG regulatory and compliance topics (including SOPs and work instructions for maximum efficiency).Coordinating timely implementation of SCM Sustainability and Compliance processes in the respective regions.Supporting strategic supplier relationships and drive collaborative engagement.Coordinating supplier sustainability assessment/improvement program enabled by EcoVadis.Structuring and organizing the information related to the Sustainability activities and ensuring the reporting mechanisms for each related KPI.Ensuring data accuracy and accessibility for related topics (including collaboration with other functions for required alignment).Supporting global application implementation and aligning supplier sustainability related tools.Supporting in establishing required communication & training material.Your background:Minimum 5 years of relevant business experience.Ability to collaborate across functions and engage with external parties on sustainability initiatives.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a passion for continuous improvement.Experience with data analytics and reporting tools is highly desirable.Understanding of supplier sustainability requirements such as labour & human rights, sustainable procurement, environmental, safety and ethics is preferred.Understanding of relevant industry regulations and compliance requirements is preferred.Knowledge of SAP Ariba, S/4Hana, EcoVadis is a plus.Cultural sensitivity and work experience in an international environment.Fluent in English and strong communication/presentation skills.More about us:Our employee benefit programs are tailored to each country depending on location of employment and job grade.
