For our client, a **multinational company** representing a reference point in the field of** cosmetics and personal care**, we are looking for a figure of:
**SEARCH & CRM MARKETING SPECIALIST**
Place of work: Milan
Work mode: hybrid (Milan)
The profile we are looking for will take care of the development and coordination of the company's **Search and DCRM strategy** on a local level in **_Italy_**.
A secondary focus will be on serving as an ambassador within the European teams, coordinating the needs of South European countries such as **_Spain, Greece, and Portugal_**.
Main responsibilities:
- Managing the** CRM** tool and functionalities;
- Monitoring and tracking** search paid campaigns**.
- Supporting the Product Information System and Documental System.
- Collaborating with the Media Manager to orchestrate advertising journeys that target all digital touchpoints.
- Additionally, the Specialist will manage the **relationship** with the European Search **Agency** to align topics and content of search articles and harmonize the European search strategy across South European countries.
- The Specialist will also serve as a **point of reference** for **marketing technical requests**, create and provide reports to different stakeholders about performance in search and newsletter campaigns, as well as share performance results with them.
What are we looking for:
- University **degree**, preferably in Economics or Engineering or equivalent culture;
- Proven experience in similar roles, gained within structured environments and large organizations;
- Strong knowledge of **Search PAID media**, **Google Ads** and **Google Analytics** in order to check online campaigns and track performance.
- Understanding of **SEO** ranking factor and impact of SEO across websites.
- Understanding of **media metrics** to have a holistic view across media investment and pushing the role of search across different touchpoints.
- coordination of **Digital Agencies**.
- Flexibility is a must to lead on digital topics and adapt on fast digital evolving.
