Join us!Your role & missionReporting into the Engineering Leader located in Italy, the Process Engineer is responsible for optimising and improving the efficiency of the organisation's manufacturing and industrialization processes.
The role ensures the smooth functioning of production lines, develops new techniques, modifies existing designs and coordinates process improvement projects.
The primary responsibilities of the role include analysing existing processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to enhance operational performance.
The role is vocationally cross-functional and interacts with all teams involved in the manufacturing process, evaluating workflows, identifying bottlenecks and proposing innovative solutions to improve productivity and quality.
The role is also responsible for the implementation of lean manufacturing principles, conducting process audits and developing SOPs.

the Process Engineer is in charge of defining the electrochemical and control processes to ensure the optimal capacity of our Electrolyzers.Your scope & daily tasksDrafting and development of PFD, P&ID; and material balanceDrafting of key Process Documents and finding the best solutions for process optimisationSelection and process sizing of plant equipmentSupporting the Project Manager and Product Engineer in the alignment phase with the customer by participating in technical meetingsSupervising plant start-up procedures by personally supervising commissioning and start-up if requiredPreparation of operating manuals and plant start-up proceduresManagement of process data in the bidding phaseDepending on seniority level, co-ordinate the activities of project teams in the role of Project Specialist Leader.Your profileMaster's degree in Engineering, preferably in Chemical EngineeringPrevious experience of 3+ yearsOriginating from the hydrogen generation and deployment sector is considered a plusGood knowledge of English is mandatory,
