The demand planning & order management specialist is responsible for:
- **PO process** of defined plants/product lines: collect from EU markets wholesales and retails requirements; define a proper plant by market and planning key based on MS/sales targets and available production; define a suitable production plan according to the inventory targets.
- **Order portfolio management**: from the order slotting, to OK dispatch of the machine following up regularly with the plant in order to assure the in time delivery
- **Company inventory management **to assure the right level able to satisfy sales objective, keep under control the total volume and avoid aged units
**Responsibilities, Accountabilities**:




The main responsibilities of a demand planning and order management specialist are:
**PO process**
- Collect the forecast from each area and analyze the results versus the target (in terms of share of market, last financial forecast, budget, and/or last cycle plan)
- Deploy the forecast at Market / Month / Product Line /Planning key level and upload it into the system
- Define production forecast able to satisfy both sales objectives and company inventory target
- Give evidence of phase in/out date model, production date availability, company inventory trend and consequent corrective actions where needed due to stock out and/or overstock.
- Optimize the ok dispatch scheduled of the machines in collaboration with plant and in accordance to the shipment requested from the market: set priority
**Order Management**
- Manage the full stream of order change activities being the pivot element across the sales up to manufacturing team monitoring the respect of delivery date.
- Ensure the delivery in time with dealers expectations and promised dates
- Verify on daily basis all the order changes pending and take corrective actions with the plant




- Verify Estimated Ok Dispatch of the machines and its coherence with requested dealer date
- Fulfill the production slot with order giving the right priority.
- Coordinate markets to collect needed stock orders
**Company inventory**
- Ensure the right level of company inventory able to support sales
- Define the right stock order to be produced to avoid inventory excess and sales mix coherence
**Job Requirements and qualifications**:
- Required_
- Planning skills and experience
- Mathematical and data analysis skills
- Technical background (product knowledge preferred)
- Fluent in English and Italian
- Preferred_
- Industry/Product Knowledge
- Knowledge of Company processes and rules.
- Knowledge of AOM and EPLAN.
