- At least 3 - 5 years of experience in Finance as Controller
- Fluent in English and Italian
**Position Summary**
In this role you will support the Co-pilot of the International Business Unit in facilitating a fact-based decision making process, based on quality and on time reporting through consistent relations with BU stakeholders, transparency, and financial knowledge. You will be responsible of providing insightful analysis and accurate business planning,



support and challenge to provide the needed information and analysis to the Directs Sales Teams and other BU functions
You will work closely with Direct Sales Teams, with Trade Marketing, Finance Corporate Functions and Supply Chain.
**A Day in the Life of a Controller Specialist - International Business Unit**
- Provide accurate OG, RIG and pricing estimates on monthly, quarterly and annual basis for Directs sales
- Be an active contributor in building Budget, DF and Mid term business plan cycle
- Become the Single Point of Contact for the Direct Sales Team on finance topic, helping in driving financial acumen in the different sales areas
- Ensure correct level of analysis on actuals and forecast, building and analyzing market and product P&L;, helping to identify risk and opportunities and facilitating the organization in developing related action plans
- Support Customer Sales Management to manage efficiently the annual agreement with Customers
- Be an ambassador of Nestle guideline and compliance in the organization
**What will make you successful**
- 3 - 5 years of experience in Finance
- BA/BS in Business Administration, Finance or Accounting
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to work in cross - functional teams




- Capability in taking quick decisions and to work under stress
- Good organizational and planning skills
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Fluent in English and Italian
