**Position Snapshot**

- **Permanent contract**:
- University degree in Marketing, Economics or equivalent
- Strong **analytical skills**:
- At least 2 years of experience in **CRM analytics**: customer data analysis; lifecycle activities based on CRM insights and knowledge; usage of CRM platforms, database analysis tools and campaign management (Excel, SPSS Modeler, SAP HANA, PowerBI, Adobe Campaign)
- Good presentation and communication skills
- Fluency in **Italian **and **English **is required.
**Position Summary**
Reporting to the Consumer Experience and Insights Manager,



you will be integraly dedicated to the management and analysis of all customers KPIs and behaviours. You will collaborate closely with the Insights, channels and the rest of the Marketing Department, analysing, studying and creating insights on our Active Base.
**A Day in the Life of Consumer Experience CRM Specialist**
- CRM analytics strategy, planning and implementation
- Ad hoc and recurring analysis on our Active base providing insights and proposals to better liase with our customers
- Post Evaluate internal activations deep diving the impact on customers’ behaviour and results versus the pre evaluation
- Forecast Customer KPIs proposing activities to catch opportunities
- Ensure Active Base data quality performing quality checks and customer account optimization
- Benchmark local performances with international best practices and local competitive performance;
- Provide recommendations to channels and Customer Care & Services for continuous improvement in the omni-channel consumer experience for existing members
- BI activities to retrieve complex mass of data.
