**Main Responsibilities**
- Manage Brands complexity within multiple products and/or indications.
- Prepare and deliver Plan, LRP and LBE’s. Provide all analysis and commentary required. Assure and collaborate with FP&A; for appropriate, timely and accurate consolidation
- Support commercial managers in brand planning and ad hoc financial analysis, commercial strategies, pricing strategies.
- Assure accurate demand, monitor market,



market share and channel evolution through timely and accurate update of commercial models.
- Gather all external market information from relevant sources, understand and estimate market trends to be included in commercial models.
- Monitor expenses trends through category spending analysis, assure accurate financial approval according to policy in place, understand the value of the investments, contribute to improve spending profile facilitating commercial department to find optimization opportunities.
- Directly interact with HQ providing information and insights required to perform review and facilitate decisions.
- Calculate sales incentives and coordinate the final approval process until final payment.
**Requirements**:
- Degree in Economic/Finance
- Ability to work in matrix, communication capability, people relations attitude, project management mindset
- Experience in Finance (4/5 years)
- Fluent in English
