To take our company to the next level, we are currently looking for an** Customer Service Specialist**to join our team: this position offers an opportunity to drive innovation in the mental health market.
AS A CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST YOU WILL
- Analyze and pre-process incoming tickets using different customer care tools to better understand and categorize requests.
- Report bugs or other critical issues to the Product Team and/or other involved teams and collaborate in resolution
- Manage users,patients and therapists database
️YOU WILL BE THE PERFECT FIT IF YOU HAVE:
- At least 6 months of experience in a Customer Care or Customer Success role
- Attention to details and reliability
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong digital skills and knowledge of main team collaboration and task tracking tools (Slack, Trello, Telegram, Drive, Jira)




- A talent in identification of issues (problem finding) and problem-solving
- Strong attitude toward teamwork and collaboration with other company departments
- Sensitivity and ability to understand user needs
- Autonomy and ability to work effectively remotely
- Efficient time management skills in a dynamic environment
- Adaptability to a rapidly changing environment with continuously evolving priorities
- Excellent knowledge of the English language
It is a plus if you Have:
- _ Knowledge of Zendesk_
