Adecco Italia Spa is looking for a HR OFFICER.

The profile will be working in Rome’s Office and will be engaged in HR projects and administrative work (e.g., implementation of the seat agreement between the agency and the government, liaison with local authorities etc.) under the supervision of the line manager from Payroll and Entitlements Sector (PES).

He/she will be responsible for the following tasks:

1. Ensuring efficient communication with Staff;
2. Collecting the relevant documents, checking them, preparing files and ensuring proper and accurate circulation;
3. Liaising with internal and external stakeholders (e.g. local Authorities, medical clinics, etc.) guaranteeing a timely follow-up of the processed instances;
4.



Carrying out research and liaising with national and local authorities on matters related to the national and local legislation and context;
5. Support the development of a framework for staff and personnel related matters for the specific country operations they are assigned to where relevant;
6. Supporting the Head of Payroll and Entitlements Sector and its team members, providing the needed administrative support and arising ad-hoc tasks.

Eligibility criteria
Candidates will be considered eligible for selection on the basis of the following formal criteria to be fulfilled by the deadline for applications:

1. Be entitled to their full rights as citizens.
2. Have a thorough knowledge of Italian and English language.
3. Have fulfilled any obligations imposed by laws on military service.
4. Meet the character requirements for the duties involved.

Selection criteria
Essential:

1. Three-year University degree in Administration, Human Resources and/or other relevant fields.
2. Previous relevant professional experience in similar tasks of at least 2 years.
3. Excellent command of English and Italian.
4. Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Advantageous

1.



Previous experience in Human resources activities.
2. Previous experience within an international and multicultural environment.

We offer a fixed-term contract for 3 months (renewable). Gross monthly salary 4070€. Duty station Rome.
