Position Overview:
Looking for a Go language software engineer willing to work in a fast-paced environment requiring broad experience, adaptability, quick learning and excellent problem-solving skill
This position will be part of the backend development team and will require writing APIs serving our IoT Platform engine
Participate in the complete life-cycle of product features:
design, development and deployment

Very strong understanding of the requested languages
Strong understanding of:
Concurrency, channels, mutexes, and pointersData serialization:
JSON, XML, etc.Debugging and Testing (unit and system-level)Scalability:
code, architectures,



data storageJob queue systemsand background worker processing
Linux - configuration, scripting, performance tuning
MongoDB - queries, indexes, NoSQL optimization
Git - fundamentals, code review / pull requests, merge conflicts etc.
Willingness to address/resolve production infrastructure issues
Quick learner - be able to quickly pick up tools and put them to use
Excellent at communicating your ideas and gathering requirements
Detail-focused understanding the importance of getting a product shipped
Preferences:
4+ years of one of the following languages (Go language)
3+ years of object-oriented design experience
3+ years developing highly performant API endpoints
Hands on experience with agile development process
A relevant college education and/or equivalent experience
**Location**:
Trieste/Cagliari, Italy and remote is possible
