SY-022 | Digital Marketing Project Manager

**MISSION**
As a strategic project manager, he/she collaborates closely with other functions, such as the Omnichannel and IT departments, as well as key local markets.
The Digital Marketing project manager will report to the Digital Marketing Manager, within the Digital & Social team based in Rome.
**MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES**
- Run post-release data-driven analysis to measure website performance and implement corrective actions; identify and implement new tools to support the optimization process (e.g., A/B test and personalization)
- Team-up with digital functions to define and implement the yearly editorial calendar,
ensuring full coherency with the brand amplification strategy and business goals while balancing global and local needs
- Supervise and coordinate the day-to-day operational work around website refreshes and content publication
- Monitor website usability and lead UI and UX design projects (from research to delivery) as well as ongoing UX optimization activates to improve site performance and conversion
- Liaise with the Omnichannel team to evaluate specific market opportunities and find creative solutions for generating new traffic, improving conversion
- Deploy mid-term digital plan and priorities to be negotiated with the IT team and check the progress of activities on a weekly basis
- Monitor the digital landscape, industry-specific trends and practices to increase knowledge sharing and support the Company digital evolution
**Profile**:
- Previous experience in the Digital field (at least 5 years), preferably from consultancy or large corporate
- Strong digital competences and analytics skills
- Ability to meet tight deadlines while juggling multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to consistently perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently in highly ambiguous environments
- Extremely organized, proactive and highly attentive to details
- Demonstrated interest in keeping up with emerging technologies
- Fluency in English is a must
