Operations are now seeking a talented Logistics Fine Jewellery Specialist to join the team. Some of the essentials for you to know are:
Location: our plant in Landriano, Pavia, Lombardy, IT
Reporting into: Logistics Manager
Here is a breakdown of what you’ll be doing:
- Interact with the Fine Jewellery business team for monitoring and advancement of Hallmarking activities.- Support the Logistic Manager in costs and processes improvement and optimization related to the RTV (Return to Vendor) activities.
- On indication of Logistic Manager, work closely with the 3PL for monitoring of processing priorities and their correct execution.
- Interact with MerchandisingFinance to support Vendor’s relationship management.
- Interact with the Customer Care and Personal Shopper to manageverify final customer’s requests.




- Work closely with 3PL as a contact point for operational criticalitiesThe type of person we are looking for:
- Fluent in English and Italian, the knowledge of another language is a plus
- Good knowledge of Office Suite
- Curious and willing to learn
- Problem-solving skills and results-oriented
- Ability to work well in a team
- Excellent communication skills
