**Sommario**
Nella BU di Advance Surgery, il therapy specialist ha la responsabilità di supportare la formazione e la promozione dei prodotti Baxter nelle sale operatorie ospedaliere, in stretta collaborazione con il team sales. Infatti, in maniera complementare con i colleghi dell’area commerciale, il therapy specialist si occupa di fornire supporto e informazione in merito alla preparazione e utilizzo dei prodotti Baxter agli stakeholder di sala operatoria (chirurghi, infermieri, pazienti, etc.).
La persona gestirà il 50% delle attività previste nell’area geográfica del Nord Italia, il 25% nell’area del centro-sud e il restante 25% per progetti trasversali.
**Principali responsabilità**

**Gestire le attività di formazione e promozione dei prodotti Baxter all’interno delle sale operatorie
- Organizzare corsi di formazione e congressi specialistici nell’ambito ospedaliero
- Gestire la reportistica delle attività giornaliere, in allineamento con gli obiettivi della BU
- Supportare la presentazione di nuove campagne cliniche, insieme al team commerciale e al marketing
- Guidare iniziative a livello locale,

**Requisiti essenziali**
- Laurea in Scienze Infermieristiche
- Preferibile almeno 2 anni di esperienza nell’assistenza in sala operatoria
- Preferibile esperienza nel medesimo ruolo
