We are seeking a **Special Projects Specialist** to support across our Business development team.
**Your Mission**:
- support the Team in the development of special projects;
- Co-ordinate with the suppliers regarding shipments and invoices;
- Work closely with Logistic department to monitor deliveries;
- Monitor and plan activities within the Team;
- Product data and price list creation;
- Provide reports and presentations.
**Requirements**:
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Have the ability to be proactive
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Have a ‘can do’ attitude - a bias to “yes”
- English is critical, Italian and other languages are a bonus
- Organised and high level of accuracy
- Team player
