**Kenvue, the Consumer division of Johnson & Johnson, is hiring a **Value Stream Lead Neostrata EMEA
**Position Requirements**
The Value Stream Lead (VSL) Neostrata EMEA has three primary functional responsibilities,
- Develop and successfully deliver in partnership with Commercial, regional expansion brands for Neostrata in EMEA through both Market expansion, channel expansion and development of new business models within existing markets to achieve significant regional growth targets.




- In partnership with Neostrata global supply chain and EMEA regional supply chain teams to ensure consistent product supply while identifying improvement opportunities in the E2E delivery.
- Develop in partnership with Commercial a regional eComm strategy for all Skin Health equities.
To be successful in this role the Neostrata VSL will need to,
- Collaborate with key regional and global stakeholders in the market expansion plan development.
- Be the voice of EMEA supply chain into the Neostrata global supply chain team.
- Ensure excellence in execution in the delivery of the market launched by the committed launch date.
- Align and provide visibility to senior management on all aspects of the brand performance including both Commercial and Supply Chain performance
**Qualifications**
**Preferred Requirements/Competencies**
Required Education and Experience
- Bachelors degree
- 5+ years’ experience in a FMCG company
- 3+ years’ experience in a cross-functional product development environment
- 2+ years of project management experience
Required Skills/Abilities:
- People development skills
- Experience with leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Effective written and oral communication skills




- Knowledge of team dynamics
- Broad business acumen with knowledge of project related finance
- Experience with new product development processes and terminology
- The position can be based in multiple locations across our Cluster : Issy les Moulineaux (France), Pomezia (Italy), Mandra (Greece)
