Sergio Rossi, the made-in-Italy luxury footwear brand established in 1951, part of Lanvin Group, the global luxury fashion group of Fosun, is looking for a **Store Manager** for our Sergio Rossi Outlet based at the Serravalle Designer Outlet (AL).
**Posizione**:
**Reporting directly to the EMEA Retail Manager he/she lead by example guarantying the achievement of the store business performance promoting the Sergio Rossi Brand image through a flawless customer service and appropriate procedures management in the store.**
- Maintain a strategic approach focused on improving and monitoring business data and performances, analysing issues in order to achieve and exceed the sales target;




- Ensure the achievement of stores financial objectives;
- Ensure development and management of CRM activities, leading by example in develop local and international client’s network with a proactive outreach;
- Lead by example delivering the best customer service in alignment with the Company expectations;
- Guarantee customer satisfaction solving customer concerns/complains by determining optimal and efficient solutions, assuring after sales service in line with the Customer Service Corporate procedures;
- Expert of cash wraps procedures and software;
- Manage inventory as per Company guidelines, ensuring the stock levels are regularly reviewed and maintained to maximize sales and collaborate with the Head Quarter;
- Ensure maintenance of stock accuracy by monitoring the stock organization, guaranteeing availability of merchandise and optimizing store-to-store transfers;
- Ensure interior and exterior of the stores is aligned to Company standards guaranteeing the correct implementation of Visual guidelines through a close cooperation with the Head Quarter;
- Reflects Sergio Rossi’s core values by passing to the team the company’s vision and strategy;
- Prove ability in managing staff,



ensuring the appropriate stores coverage, planning vacation /day off and providing monthly reports;
- Create a positive environment in all the stores to pursue the teams’ stability and engagement, aiming to maximizes sales, traffic flows, coverage and customer engagement;
- Set clear goals & expectations, keeping people accountable and willing to raise the bar;
- Inspiring and motivate the teams, making sure they will be always involved and updated;
- Train on a daily basis and coach the team properly, providing them all the information required to keep them motivated, increase their business sense, the belonging to the brand, competencies and ensuring the best customer service;
- Manage overall the teams’ performance.
**Requisiti**:
- Bachelor degree in Economics/Communication
- Minimum of 5/6 years as Department Manager/Store Supervisor in a top retail brand or at least 2 years in SM position
- Strong experience in store operation and customer service
