Job Title: Account Manager - Aesthetics
Location: Territorio Nord della Puglia (Bari, BAT, Foggia e Molise), Hybrid
Job Description
- An _Account Manager - Aesthetics _promotes and sells pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, such as Healthcare professionals (clinics, specialists in aesthetic medicine, dermatology, and plastic surgery). They provide detailed information about the products, including benefits and potential side effects, to ensure proper usage_
Key Responsibilities
- Medical-scientific information:_
- _ In-depth knowledge of the product portfolio and presentation of their scientific aspects to physicians, including clinical studies, therapeutic indications, dosages, duration of treatment, adverse reactions, surveillance and interactions with other drugs._




- _ Management of relationships with the medical community, optimizing coverage of the assigned territory and frequency of visits._
- _ Management of promotional materials and samples in compliance with regulations and the Galderma code of ethics._
- Direct sales:_
- _ Responsibility for achieving sales targets for the Aesthetics product portfolio._
- _ Execution of operational plans to achieve targets and management of opportunities with new and existing customers._
- _ Point of reference for customers in the assigned territory, committing to exceed sales objectives._
- _ Management of selected pharmacies: Part of the sale will also involve the management of selected pharmacies in the territory, which will be the supply point for physicians._
- Marketing and Competitive Intelligence:_
- _ Representation of Galderma during events and conferences, with follow-up of sales opportunities arising from participation._
- _ Monitoring market trends and competitors,



analysing sales data and customer potential._
- _ Collaboration in defining action plans to maximize potential and fill any gaps._
- Compliance, Reporting and Administration:_
- _ Recording of activities in CRM and other required IT supports._
- _ Active participation in meetings and medical-scientific, product and marketing training activities._
- _ Managing administrative activities carefully, according to company procedures and applicable regulations._
Skills & Qualifications
- _ Professional Experience: 3-5 years of experience as a Pharmaceutical Scientific Representative or similar roles, with previous experience in direct sales in the Life Science sector (Aesthetics, Consumer Healthcare, Medical Devices, etc.)._
- _ Other requirements:_
- _ In-depth knowledge of the dynamics of the Pharmaceutical Industry._
- _ Good knowledge of IT tools._
