**ROLE & TEAM**
We are currently seeking an* out-of-the-box Real Estate Analyst Intern (f/m/x) - who within the Underwriting and New Business will be responsible for supporting the implementation of the business strategy aimed at the development of the portfolio of real estate managed by the Company, with particular reference to complex real estate transactions and negotiations (Co-living building, student housing, PRS).
**Your responsibilities**




- Analyze new opportunities for Joivy's business development, with particular focus on those generated by relationships with institutional players (developers, SGRs, national and international investors, etc.);
- Support the team in negotiations with owners and investors, both from an analytical and operational point of view (business plan, contracting, document gathering, etc.) and in network consolidation and development activities;
- Verify the economic feasibility of real estate opportunities and their profitability, developing and monitoring business plans and any other analysis tools provided, suggesting and stimulating innovative solutions and possible new approaches to activities over time;
- Support the team in preparing presentations for internal and non-internal use;
- Support colleagues abroad in opportunity assessment activities and possible customization of the analysis models provided;
- Constantly interface with other Joivy teams on technical, management,



and pricing issues related to the opportunities evaluated
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering or other scientific-economic disciplines. A possible master's degree in real estate will be considered a plus;
- Excellent knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel;
- Excellent fluency in English, written and spoken (C1);
- Good understanding of Italian;
- No experience required, but great interest and enthusiasm for real estate;
- Commercial spirit, empathetic attitude, excellent analytical, interpersonal and communication skills;
- Problem-solving, "can-do" attitude, proactivity, adaptability and strong results orientation.
