JOB DESCRIPTION

SPEA S.p.A ., a worldwide leader in the design and manufacturing of testing systems for semiconductors and electronic boards, is looking for a Sales Assistant.

As a Sales Assistant, you will participate in day-to-day sales activities, including the definition of equipment configurations based on customer needs, quotations, Purchase Order management, and the development of strategic business relationships with our commercial partners.

Activities:

- Ability to express complex content in written form and to produce coherent and understandable documents




- Ability to record, discriminate, and filter incoming information (email, phone calls, internal communications)
- Ability to organize the Sales Manager's trips in collaboration with the agency
- Ability to communicate in English
- Proficient in using the Office package (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability to effectively debug new procedures related to the processes

Requirements:

- Bachelor's or master's degree in economics or languages
- One year of experience in sales (preferred)
- Fluent in English, primarily written
- Good knowledge of MS Office Suite
- Proactive and team-oriented
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-oriented
