We are looking for a* _Business Management Specialist_* with 2-3 years of experience to join our Team, located in Appiano Gentile (CO).
Directly reporting to the Global Commercial Director, the **_Business Management Specialist_** will be in charge of managing the monitoring of sales activities, coordinate reporting activities on orders and projects and to ensure the governance of recurrent sales meetings for the whole Dedar organization at Global Level, being in contact with Area Manager, Sales Rep and Customer Service Teams in all the geographies and strictly collaborating with Operational Marketing and Controlling functions.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Monitor sales activity:
check touchpoints with benchmark of the company by areas, reps, showrooms.
Check the samples activity of the sales team, showrooms and customers
- Monetization: organize the reporting to check orders/reserves/projects, with entry level by sales areas (reps/agents), by customer service specialists, by showrooms, by external showrooms/distributors for Residential and BU Contract
- Governance of sales activity (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, mid-term and budget): monitor/check the results by areas, by markets, by categories of customers.
Organize the feedbacks/comments of AMs/sales organization, prepare the presentation for Monthly sales review, quarterly/mid-term/annual.
Follow up of the account plan.
- Business development: identify new opportunities of business, identify new players, monitor competitors, check lead/prospect transformation to customers
**Required Skills**:
- Good competencies on data analysis and manage budget/business plan;
- Integrated approach to sales, marketing and communications in omnichannel perspective;
- A commercial sensitivity is required as well as experience in an International environment;
- Good computer literacy and experience in working with business software (Office and ERP);
- Strong capabilities in develop and manage constructive relationship;
- Strategic approach and entrepreneurial mindset;
- Project management attitude with a good orientation to pragmatism.
- Focus on results achievement with problem solving capabilities;
- Ability to withstand in a challenging environment and multitasking approach;
- Fluent in English, a second and third language are highly appreciated (Spanish, French, German)
