We are seeking a talented & dynamic individual to fill the position of **Inside Sale Representative for Service Contracts.
**
This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast growing organization.
You will report directly to the Service Inside Sales Manager - EMEA and will be responsible for retaining, supporting and promoting the commercial service business in selected regions.
The office location is in Buccinasco and you would need to be on site at the beginning for the onboarding to get to know our Italian team and our processes, afterwards two days per week.
**What you will be doing**:
- Assist customers with enquiries or issues concerning their service contracts and billings
- Maintain effective communication with customers, sales and service to ensure accurate billing and contract renewal
- Work closely with Service Management and supplier to identify opportunities, provide leads, and add service agreements, by leveraging customer purchasing trends on service/supplies/parts
- Proposal generation for new and existing customers
- Process service agreements
- Collaborate with Legal and Finance on contract term negotiations
- Develop materials for use by Field Service Engineers to facilitate an increase in supplemental warranties
- Develop process and materials for converting customers from supplemental warranty to full service maintenance agreements
**Which skills and competences you will bring**:
- Bachelor's degree preferably in Chemical Engineering or Chemistry
- Some years of relevant working experience in a customer facing position, possibly in telemarketing/inside sales and customer service
- **Excellent communication skills in Italian and English.
Fluent French is an advantage**
- Experience communicating value propositions is a plus
- Advanced use of Microsoft Office and experience with CRM and ERP systems
- Complete the profile team spirit, attention for the customer and its needs, flexibility and ability to work in a fast paced environment
