Reporting into: Logistics Manager
Here is a breakdown of what you'll be doing
Inbound:
- Support the Logistic Manager on costs and processes improvement and optimization related to Inbound area.
- Implementation of toolssystems to optimize various activities and to improve the service level.
- Interact with Business Departments and Finance for operational management of supplies on sale accountdeposit and purchase.
- On indication of Logistic Manager, work closely with 3PL to monitor processing priorities.
- Interact with Merchandisingfinance to support Vendor's relationship management.
- Contact point for 3PL to manage criticalities non conformities.




- Identify significant deviations in performance and on indication of Logistics Manager implement corrective actions.
- Work closely with 3PL as a contact point for operational criticalities.
Outbound:
- Support logistic Manager on the improvement and optimization of costs and processes related to Distribution logistics area
- Implement toolssystems to optimize the various activities and improve the service's level
- Monitor constantly operational KPI and SLA
- Identify significant deviations in the performances and on indication of Logistic Manager implement corrective actions
- Work closely with 3Pl as a contact point for operational criticalities
- Work closely with Customer Care for all need related to priorities and critical issues
The type of person we are looking for:
- Fluent in English and Italian,



the knowledge of another language is a plus
- Good knowledge of Office Suite
- Curious and willing to learn

- Ability to work well in a team
- Excellent communication skills
