A REGULAR DAY AT WORK
You will be part of the Vallenoncello Plant Controlling Team (HQ); with the Plant Controller you will be the business partner for the Plant Manager and the Management team; You will be involved each month in different processes that will include closing, reporting to Management/stakeholders on different levels in the organization and analyzing data/facts for the entire Plant.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Contribute to plant controlling team in the monthly closing activities and secure the budget and forecast process
- Support the R&D; team in Vallenoncello (HQ), in the Product Development Process and perform the analysis of the cost centers and control the related costs
- Monitor the purchasing performance and secure the monthly closing with the analysis of the price deviations (OPI)
- Be the local reference of the Waste and Loss Pillar,



identifying losses/wastes in manufacturing processes and planning with the team different projects in order to eliminate them

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- University Degree in Economics or Management Engineering
- 1+ years Controlling Experiences
- Accuracy, analytical thinking and ability to work in team
- Proactively support operations with insights, evaluation risk/opportunities
- High PC skills (MS Tool Suite incl. Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams,)
- Languages: fluent Italian, good English, any other language is an asset.
