**Responsibilities**:
- Developing sales strategies and plans to achieve sales and profit goals on assigned Area-Meeting or exceeding targeted sales quotas and productivity standards-Contributing to provide consistent and motivated influence to sales team members-Providing commercial and Technical exceptional customer service to the assigned customers on a daily basis-Developing and implementing sales and marketing plans to drive sales and profit.Collecting customer feedback to better define the strategies -Elaborating failure reports and Root Cause Analysis based on findings and operating conditions. Providing EB seal solution.Monitoring the offer process seals and repair activities by interfacing with the EBIT Offer Desk Dep., in order to ensure that technical/commercial quotations will be issued within suitable times to satisfy customer needs.
**Qualifications**:




- Experience in sales and/or technical business management-Excellent sales and negotiation skills-Effective decision making and problem-solving skills-Excellent verbal and written communication skills-Ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organization-Ability to demonstrate initiative and work well in a fast-paced environment-Experience in working with and influencing other people-Ability to consult and negotiate with both internal and external customers-Ability to be flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment-Strong work ethic and ability to work well with little supervision
