We are seeking an energetic, responsible intern to join our growing organization. In this position, you will be expected to learn the ins-and-outs of our daily routines and procedures. You will focus on learning how our organization runs,
and can be expected to gain valuable insight that can further your interest in your chosen career field.
You will join the Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Plant in Monza to support the Site Engineering Unit, specifically the CapEx Management and Cost Control. Leveraging your academic background, you will gain a hands-on experience in a highly dynamic and international manufacturing environment. During the six-month paid internship, you will focus on the following activities:
- Become familiar with internal SOPs and GEP (Good Engineering Practices, i.e. Project Cost Estimating)
- Collaborate with Finance and Global Engineering teams to fill the cost template for Strategic Project
- Learn how to support the month/quarter year-end data through SAP system.
- Learn how to support the impact on the Forecast Submission through Planview system
- Learn how to handle purchasing requests for specific project. Accept candid feedback and look for areas of improvements.
- Specific tasks will be tailored to the intern’s experience level and abilities.
