Within the **Europe Department** in **Rome**, we are searching for the **Europe High-End & Clienteling Manager**.
Reporting to **Europe Managing Director**, he/she will be responsible of the growth of the High-End business, i.e., High Jewelry (HJ), High-End Watches (HEW) and High Medium High turnover across the Region, through the (I) definition of the **HJ/HEW strategy**, (II) management, development and growth of the **High-End client portfolio**, and (III) development of the **HJ/HEW sales team** and **talent pool**.
The **Europe High-End & Clienteling Manager** will supervise a team of **local High-End Managers/ High-End Client Development Managers**,
while also coordinating the activities related to High-End business managed by other Departments (i.e., Retail, Marketing, Omnichannel, Merchandising).

**Accountabilities**
- Define the regional HJ/HEW strategy, based on the overview of competitors, the analysis of the business and collections, and the development of a dedicated workforce.
- Work closely with central High-End team and Merchandising team on collection product selection for both stores and events based on selling plan and client’s needs.
- Instill a structured, client-centric mindset within the local teams, focusing on building long term relationships with High-End clients.
- Ensure the accuracy and quality of the High-End client database, detect and bring new HNWI clients to the brand and support the growth of the client’s portfolio at European level; follow the High-End client database in collaboration with the local High-End, CRM and Marketing team (active/sleeping/ prospects) to define the right strategy.
- Devise a plan of actions for client development focusing on acquisition, upgrading, loyalty building & satisfaction.
- Regularly review top High-End client data to define individualized client journey plans.
- Define the calendar for the Region and how to drive sales from each activity (event & store channel), by targeting the right clients and leading the client selection process to local, regional & international events.
- Act as a key stakeholder in the definition of regional high-end events, in partnership with local leadership and the High-End Central Team, to meet sales targets and align future initiatives with client expectations.
- Define both client and staff participation to local and regional events; accompany and train the HJ/HEW local teams during event preparation.
- Work closely with Marketing team for organization, budget and expenses and client list.
- Work in close partnership with local High-End to develop and drive the number of Client Advisors part of the BVLGARI High-End Club; support them in maintaining and building relationships with HNWI clients.
- Identify development plan for High-End potential salespeople.
- Deliver quantifiable HJ/HEW follow up and reporting to Managing Director for: (I) total HJ/HEW sales, (II) client portfolio management & development, and (III) High-End Club management & development.
Profilo
**Qualifications/Professional Capabilities**
- At least 4-5 years of experience in Client or Business Development, preferably targeting HNWI
- Knowledge of the relevant market (Europe), preferably in relation to the luxury business
- Sound knowledge of the selling techniques
- Project Management expertise
- International background
- IT Applications (MS Office)
- Proficient knowledge of English, knowledge of Italian is preferable
