**HSE Corporate Specialist**:
The Role
As an HSE Specialist within the Tech Gas business line, you will work closely with a team of professionals to actively enhance the Group's HSE performance.



You will have the opportunity to interface with various company departments and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, all while under the guidance and supervision of experienced HSE professionals.
Main Activities of the Team
Monitoring the Group's HSE performance and periodic reporting for Top Management, with trend analysis and identification of areas for improvement.
Compliance audits with the Company Management System and ISO 14001 and 45001 standards at the Group's units and companies, with the preparation of detailed reports.
Participation in the drafting and updating of the Company Management System standards, ensuring alignment with best practices and current legislation.
Collaboration with external partners, site managers and territorial structures for the construction of new units and their modifications, ensuring compliance with HSE requirements.
Support and training for the HSE structures of the individual Group companies, through the sharing of best practices and the creation of informative/training material.
Preparation of informative/training material on the Group's HSE standards, to be used by the Group's companies for training and raising employee awareness.




Organization of events for the HSE representatives of the Group's foreign companies, to encourage the exchange of experiences and promote the harmonization of HSE standards.
Design and implementation of HSE campaigns on specific issues, with the aim of spreading the culture of safety and raising employee awareness of specific risks.
Analysis of injuries, accidents and near-misses, with the aim of identifying the causes and implementing preventive measures to avoid the recurrence of similar events.
Company representation activities at the European level (EIGA) for relevant issues, participating in working groups.
**Requirements**:
Good knowledge of English (level B2 or higher). Knowledge of a second language is a plus;
Excellent knowledge of health, safety and environmental regulations;
Previous experience in similar roles, preferably in structured corporate contexts;
Analytical and problem-solving skills;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
