What We Need
FLEETCOR is currently looking to hire a Compliance Analyst within our EMEA Compliance division. This position falls under our Corpay Cross border line of business and can be based in Rome, London or Spain.
How We Work
As a Compliance Analyst you will be expected to work in a hybrid environment and you will be able to be on site 3 days a week in either our Rome, London or Madrid office.
Role Responsibilities- Manage the day-to-day KYC compliance processes and systems, focusing on the on boarding of KYC, accounts’ management and on-going customer due diligence - OCDD, etc.- Assist in identifying client-related trends, typologies and issues associated with money laundering,
terrorist financing, and other suspicious transactions.- Ensure corrective actions plans for the region are timely completed.- Execute directives from the Compliance Manager.- Investigate ad hoc issues assigned by the Compliance Manager.- Support Manager on departmental initiatives, including tactical and strategic projects.- Collaborate and align with other regional analysts (EU, UK, North America, APAC) and the Global Advisory Team on best practices, trending issues, process standardization.
Qualifications & Skills- 3+ years of experience in financial services compliance.- Knowledge of UK and EU AML/CTF regulation and requirements.- Financial crimes compliance expertise in UK and EU.- Knowledge of EU/OFSI/OFAC/ONU sanctioning frameworks.- Knowledge of commonly known high risk industries, red flags and typologies, applicable Enhanced Due Diligence requirements, AML investigation and SAR/STR filling.- Working knowledge of cross-border payment processes/policies across various payment flows (e.g, B2B, B2C, etc.).- Experience working alongside C-suite executives and global teams.- Practical experience working with the business to execute key compliance projects.- Crisp communication style (i.e., responsive,
organized, succinct).- Strong sense of inquisitiveness and a focus on execution.- CAMS certification preferred.- Institutional clients (funds, trusts and FIs) on-boarding experience preferred.- Spanish and Italian speaking is preferred.
