**Role Overview**:
As a Technical Business Analyst, you will be responsible for understanding business needs, analyzing processes, and translating them into technical requirements. You will collaborate with various stakeholders, including Key Account Managers, developers and key referents on the client side,



to ensure the successful delivery of technical solutions aligned with business objectives.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Requirements Gathering: Work closely with business stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements, ensuring clarity, completeness, and feasibility.
- Technical Analysis: Translate business requirements into technical specifications, including data models, workflow diagrams, and system interface designs.
- Solution Design: Collaborate with architects and development teams to design solutions that meet business needs while adhering to technical constraints and best practices.
- Risk Assessment: Identify and assess risks associated with proposed solutions and recommend mitigation strategies.
- Quality Assurance: Define acceptance criteria and participate in testing activities to ensure delivered solutions meet business requirements.
- Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders, providing updates on project status, risks, and issues.
- Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities to improve existing processes, systems, and tools to enhance business efficiency and effectiveness.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science,



Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience (2-3 years) as a Business Analyst or Technical Analyst in a software development/SaaS environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand complex business processes and translate them into technical requirements.
- Proficiency in requirement gathering techniques, such as interviews, workshops, and document analysis.
- Familiarity with tools, such as JIRA or Asana.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and software testing principles
- Excellent English - written and spoken
