__The Product__
ShippyPro is the platform that simplifies shipping and fulfillment processes for merchants, helping them automate and speed up their operations. We are currently undertaking a major initiative to modernize our tech stack to a fully distributed system to support our business growth for the coming years.
What You’ll Do
**Enhance Product Value**:
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Sales,
and Customer Success teams to deeply understand our product suite and articulate its unique value propositions.
- Develop compelling messaging and positioning strategies that resonate with target audiences across various markets.
**Asset Creation**:
- Create and deliver product marketing content, including product pages, landing pages, presentations, brochures, blog posts, and other assets, to effectively communicate product value and benefits.
- Produce high-quality videos and graphics that effectively communicate product features, customer benefits, and success stories.
- Manage the end-to-end production process for visual assets, from scripting to editing and publishing.
**Product Communication & Advertising**:
- Plan, manage, and execute the launch of new products across multiple channels to drive customer acquisition and support the expansion of existing customers.
- Work closely with the Growth Marketing team to align on strategy and maximize campaign impact.
**Cross-Functional Collaboration**:
- Act as the bridge between Product, Marketing, and Sales to ensure consistent product updates and value communication.
- Partner with the Engineering team to understand product roadmaps and translate features into customer-centric benefits.
**Data-Driven Optimization**:
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, including website traffic, conversion rates, and content engagement.
- Use data insights to iterate on strategies and deliver measurable results.
Who You Are
**Creative Storyteller**:
- Skilled at translating technical features into compelling narratives that captivate and inform diverse audiences.
**Visual Content Expert**:
- Proficient in creating videos, graphics, and other visual content using tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar platforms.
**Website Wizard**:
- Hands-on experience managing and optimizing websites using CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress,
HubSpot CMS).
**Strategic Marketer**:
- 5+ years of experience in product marketing, brand marketing, or a related role in a B2B SaaS or tech company.
- Proven track record of launching and scaling product marketing campaigns.
**Data-Driven Decision Maker**:
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure the impact of marketing efforts and adjust strategies accordingly.
**Collaborative Team Player**:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a knack for working across teams and managing stakeholders.
