We are looking for dynamic individuals to join our team in Lisbon as Advertisers Support Specialists.
In this role, you will be at the forefront of assisting advertisers and agencies, ensuring they have the best experience possible.

As an Advertisers Support Specialist, you will support social media advertisers, helping them grow in an innovative and fast-paced environment.
Advertisers and agencies contact us to request post-sales assistance and/or troubleshooting guidance.




Your main purpose is to improve the advertising experience and satisfaction by resolving technical issues, reporting bugs, guiding users on the platform, and helping them use its tools and features.

As a member of the team, you will assist customers by email and chat after they have purchased ad placements or used social media products.
You will provide technical support designed in a B2B approach to adapt to our clients' needs to sustain and expand their businesses.
Support assistance requests on our social media Family Apps & Advertising Services.

Convert the majority of email/chat cases into outbound calls to offer white-glove support regarding our services, having to work with multiple tools and multitask.

Schedule : 40 Hours per week (8 hours per day with an additional lunch break hour) on a rotational shift pattern.

Location : Onsite in LisbonTraining : 15 working days
Monthly Base Salary of 14 months Requirements :
High School Diploma (mandatory) EU citizenship or Portuguese residence card (mandatory) Availability to work in shifts (mandatory) Availability to start soon RELOCATION PACKAGE WITH ACCOMMODATION AND FLIGHT REIMBURSEMENT FOR :
