We have an exciting opportunity for a new store opening in Rome Fiumicino Airport and we are looking for retail managers who are customer focused and passionate, striving to create an exceptional experience for everyone who shops and works at Accessorize.
Our store management teams commercially minded, have strong people management skills combined with good planning and organisation skills.

**In this role you will**
- Drive the performance of the store - leading by example on great customer service, managing and developing your teams, product knowledge and being a true brand ambassador.
- Generate profit through exceeding KPI’s, managing P&L; in line with budget and maximising local market opportunities
- Manage your store teams, ensuring they are motivated and knowledgeable, providing them with the tools they need to achieve excellence in their roles.
- Take responsibility to ensure store operates to maximise commercial opportunities to drive sales.
- Ensure visual merchandising & window guidelines are communicated and implemented commercially for your store.
- Provide support to other local stores as and when required.
**What we are looking for in our Store Managers**
- Experience in managing a successful retail store
- Customer focus, with a proven record of delivering excellence in customer service through themselves and the team
- An individual who demonstrates passion, drive, resilience, and a can-do approach.
- The ability to make decisions,



and a sense of ownership to take responsibility

- Demonstrates planning and organisational skills
