**Position Snapshot**:
- Nestlé Italiana Assago Head Quarter, Milan
- 1 year fixed-term contract
- Economics degree
- At least 6 months stage experience in Finance
- Italian and English
- Analytical mindset
- Very good knowledge of Excel
**Position Summary**:
In this role you will set and monitor financial KPI'S, collecting data from different sources and dunning the sales force and/or our customers in order to be compliant with the credit policy procedures or to collect our commercial credits
You will work in the context of an Order-to-Cash organization with the need of managing complexity with the help of our international collegues.
**A day in the life of Junior Credit Analyst**:
- Support the credit management team in the registration and validation of the payment plans
- Dunning the sales force for the respect of the installment plan
- Monitoring of the overdue amounts >90 days and >120 days
- Monitoring of the >120 overdue credit notes and reimbursement to our customers
- Analysis and monitoring the implementation of the automatic and digital payment methods in the various sales organization of the group.
- Support the credit management team in the effort to find better or more efficient process in the order to cash process
**What will make you successful**:
- Economics Degree and a minimum of 6 months experience in Accounting or Finance departments
- Good use of Excel and a strong analytical mindset
- Good level of English, both written and oral
- Nice to have: Good knowledge of SAP and Credit Management
- Good relational and communicational skills
- Team Player and adaptable attitude
- Strong result focus personality
