**About Aethos Milan**
Aethos Milan is a boutique hotel and members club in Milan’s vibrant Navigli district. With 32 individually designed rooms, a world-famous cocktail bar, a gym, and our Mediterranean restaurant we aim to make Aethos Milan a home for travelers and our members alike. The essence of great hospitality will however always be an outstanding team. That's why we are looking for you!
**About Aethos Monterosa**
In the middle of the Aosta Valley below the Monterosa and Cervino glaciers lies Aethos Monterosa. A 30-room five-star active luxury resort with two F&B; outlets, a SPA, and its own climbing and ice climbing wall.



We just took over the operations of Aethos Monterosa and will further develop the property with 20 additional rooms. We are now looking for an outstanding Chef de Rang who can fulfill our operational plan together with us. We are currently on a pre-winter season break, and when we reopen, the hotel must be filled with life and a new team!
**About Aethos Saragano**
Aethos Saragano is a medieval stone village nestled between olive groves and vineyards in the Umbrian countryside. With 15 renovated suites throughout the town, a pool, a Spa, and our very own restaurant, "Ceci," we are preserving the medieval character of the village and adding elements of contemporary design. We want to create a special place in the middle of the Umbrian hills that invites our guests to enjoy the authentic Italian way of life. **Essential Job Functions And Responsibilities**
- Process accounts payable invoices and ensure accurate coding, documentation, and timely payments in compliance with company policies and procedures for our Italian Hotels
- Managing different information’s systems
- Maintaining spreadsheets and database
- Cost control and Purchase orders validation
- Organizing payment to suppliers
- Making bank reconciliation
- Making accounting reconciliation and monthly closing
- Collaborate with various departments, vendors,



and suppliers to resolve any payment-related inquiries or issues
- Supervising the inventories of all our properties
- Maintaining accurate and organizing records of all Accounts Payable transactions, ensuring proper documentation for audits and financial reporting
- Ensure compliance with Italian tax regulations and reporting requirements
- Assist in the month-end closing process by providing necessary reports and reconciliations related to Accounts Payable, accruals management, Asset Management and Depreciation
- Participate in internal and external audits, providing required documentation and explanations
- Trips to our properties will be requested (20% travel time)
- Office based in Milan
**Core Competencies**
- Fluent in English & Italian is a must
- 2+ years of hospitality experience is a plus
- Hotel opening experience is a plus




- Previous experience as an Accounts Payable Specialist in the hospitality industry is strongly preferred
- In-depth knowledge of the USALI (Uniform System of Accounts for the Lodging Industry)
- Flexible schedule - long hours during Closing and Budget period
- Ability to make thoughtful decisions
