Create and improve promotional activities for retailers or end customers (sell in & sell out)
- Work alongside the Sales team to understand customers' needs and alongside other teams to implement developments projects.
- Cooperate to draw up and launch plans and promotional initiatives consistent with the Company's strategy and in liaison with Sales management.
- Analyse and manage customers 'portfolios.
- Collaborate to select new products according with European Marketing, that are in line with local market trends and targets.
- Monitor markets and competitors, understanding customer needs and new opportunities for increasing markets.
- Train Sales team and End Users Specialist on the new products.
- Support the Business Unit Manager to draw up the business plans to build the new products lines.
- Cooperate to write proposals for competitive positioning and pricing.
- Implement/respect Corporate's brand guidelines and work together with external agencies.
- Create and implement marketing and communication campaigns, offline or online. Carry out marketing initiatives cooperating with European marketing.

- Ensure that the company's overall strategy is aligned with key customers and the annual key account plan.
- Ensure an optimal communication and relationship with all internal and external stakeholders
- Ensure that all commercialisation materials are presented in the best way to the customer and the end user.
- Achieve targets defined in OP plan, drive growth plans and identify new sales potentials.

Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies (or similar) with a focus on Marketing
