Reporting directly to the Senior VM Manager South Europe,
you will build strong relationships with the store teams to ensure the delivery of high standard VM across your store network.
You will be based in Milan, with frequent travel across Italy and occasional travel to Spain and Portugal.Your role will be:Manage the VM execution for your stores, including retail stores, department stores, and wholesale locations, reporting to the Senior VM Manager South Europe.Execute seasonal product launches and window installations for your store network, supporting the wider South Europe region, in line with the seasonal creative schemes, global VM guidelines, regional buying and market direction.
Create store zoning plans for each launch and rotation.Ensure stores are being rotated bi-weekly, and that the VM actions are reflective of the local needs, including specific client groups, time of year, and product focuses.Create visually strong and solution-led displays, aligned with the global VM strategy and with a consistently high standard of VM.Deliver VM training for store teams, including VM Guidelines training, new starter inductions, and VM principles.Support with the delivery of projects for your region, including new store openings, events, pop-ups,
and marketing activations.Collaborate with merchandising for seasonal planning including rotation strategies and product priorities.Be flexible, solutions-led and able to adapt quickly to the changing needs of the business in line with business growth.ProfileWhat is important for the role:Degree, business school or VM academic background or equivalent.Minimum 2 years of experience in Visual Merchandising (ideally within the luxury industry).Experience working with RTW and Accessories categories.Clear affinity for the brand and product.Outstanding attention to detail.Natural creativity and flair.Strong interest in fashion and styling.Excellent communication skills across all levels.Organised, proactive, and dynamic.A team player.Positive and passionate, with an ability to motivate others.Interests in art, design, craft and fashion.Fluent in English and Italian.Additional informationAbout us:LOEWE has a rich legacy of craftsmanship dating back to its beginnings as a collective workshop and has long valued artisanal techniques in its approach to design and manufacture.
