Define growth initiatives and opportunities and reporting to the Head of Latin America O&AIssue; final reports of client interactions and discussions to senior management and maintain ongoing communicationReport on performance and targets to senior management of DB when requiredComply with all risk guidelines and conduct guidelines of the bank to foster culture and ethics within DB and with regulatorsHow You'll LeadExperience in working with senior level management maintaining confidentialityWork collaboratively with Coverage, O&A;, GEM/FIC Rates teams to offer multiple products and solutions to clientsProvide mentorship and guidance to the deal teams on: setting appropriate project initiatives; executing pitches to prospective clients; maximizing sector penetration and returns; ensuring overall successful transactions are undertaken in an efficient manner; and developing junior members of the team to accelerate their careersIdentify issues, gaps and process improvements through open communication both internally and with other bank areas, and through the monitoring of productivity against benchmarksEnsure that bank policies and guidelines applicable to the division are complied with to ensure that risk is appropriately mitigatedCreate a positive, effective work environment conducive to open communications, taking initiatives,
