HVO.Setting new payment standards within the Fuel Card industry – full responsibility in rolling out mobile fueling and chip card for the dedicated portfolio is an essential part of your job.You are managing all matters relating to service station/supplier enquiries and offers.You assist in the realization of procurement targets in the field of Fuel & Vehicle Services.Monitoring and implementation of target quantity agreements with suppliers and assisting with the preparation of individualized supply concepts for customers.Preparation of market profiles and regular updating to reflect sales development and its commercial effects.Assistance with projects relevant to procurement, including those which involve other departments.Preparation, processing, and maintenance of contact documents with suppliers and fuel station partners in accordance with guidelines.You are used to negotiate contracts with new suppliers and to initiate improvements to the existing framework of commercial terms and conditions appropriate to market requirements.You can handle supplier complaints and are open to assist with customer complaints.Provision of relevant contract content to the specialist departments involved for appropriate implementation.What makes you stand out:You have an extroverted personality and like to sell and convince others about ideas and products you see a value in.You have business management or equivalent qualification.Practical experience in an equivalent position is a plus.You show high ability to work on own initiative.Active communication and negotiating skills is a matter of course for you.Language skills: Italian plus very good skills in English.You convince us with your service mentality.You like to travel and being on the road.Your residence is in the southern part of Italy (geographically starting from Rome) because of the dedicated working area.Please send your CV in English.We are looking forward to your application and to applicants who enrich our diverse culture!
